How do I cancel my 9amHealth subscription?

To cancel your 9amHealth subscription, please contact a team member directly via email at, call/text (202) 932-9958, or the messenger in your 9amHealth account, and we will be happy to help. 

Once we receive your email, we will process your cancelation and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of your request. 


Please note: If you plan on reactivating your subscription in the future, make sure to reach out to us 3-4 weeks prior to needing your medication. We do our best to ensure a speedy delivery, but we do have to follow certain safety protocols, including ensuring that labs are up to date before we can send more medication.
