How do I upload my blood glucose values to my account?

To upload your blood glucose value to your account, please take the following steps: 

• Step 1: Log into your 9amHealth account by going to https://join9am.link/login  
• Step 2: Click on "Messages" at the bottom of your screen
• Step 3: Click the "+" sign next to the messenger box 
• Step 4: Select "Blood glucose" from the list of options that pop up
• Step 5: Adjust the time and date as needed
• Step 6: Enter your blood glucose value into the box
  • Once you have entered a value, four options will pop up to select how to disposition or tag your value. The options are: 
    • Before meal 
    • After meal 
    • Fasting
    • Bedtime 
• Step 7: Select one of the options to tag your value properly and then select "Confirm."
