Thank you for your interest in getting started with our program! The next steps are to complete your onboarding tasks, which include updating your insurance information and providing additional health details—such as whether you have completed lab work recently.
Your onboarding tasks are located on the home screen of your 9amHealth account. You can access your account online (https://app.join9am.com/login) or via the 9amHealth app (https://app.join9am.com/download-app).
If you have lab results from within the past three months, that's great! If not, we will order your necessary labs at a local patient service center. The cost of the labs is included in the subscription paid for by your employer. You can book your initial visit with a clinician once your labs are completed and results are available.
