How do I view my receipt and/or invoice?

To view your past invoices, please follow these steps: 

  • Step 1: Log into your 9am.health account by going to www.9am.health/login
  • Step 2: Click on "Profile"
  • Step 3: Scroll down to "Billing" and click on "Edit." 
  • Step 4: There, you will see your "Invoice history," and you can click on individual invoices 
  • Step 5: Once you view an individual invoice, you can download the invoice or the receipt!
