How do I cancel my 9amHealth subscription?

To cancel your 9amHealth subscription, please contact a team member directly via email at, call/text (202) 932-9958, or the messenger in your 9amHealth account, and we will be happy to help. 

One of our Patient Advocates will ask you a few questions to confirm your current subscription and payment status (i.e., Have you paid for two of three months' worth of a refill) and alert you of any remaining payments. 

Once we have this information, we will process your cancelation and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of your request.
