Why was my card charged if my plan has not been approved yet?

When you signed up for your 9am.health subscription, a few different steps occurred. 

After filling out the 9am onboarding questionnaire on our website and entering your credit card information, we sent your health information over to our team of doctors to review your plan. The review process usually takes about 2 hours but can take up to 24. When we initiated the consultation process with the doctors, we also placed a hold on your credit card for the amount we will be charging you.

However, we did not remove any money from your account at this time. Once your plan is approved, you will receive an email with the subject line "🎉 Your plan is confirmed," and at this time, we will charge your card and remove the funds from your account.
